Garion we bring proper first aid kits on each and every trip we go on...It's part of our safety policy to have fully equipped first aid kits with us and also have people trained in first aid administration...you should know this already...

Oh I know. I wasn't implying anything on the contrary, I'm sorry if my post was misconstrued in any way.

Is the ridge walk going to be hard? (never done it). I'm doing everything I can to get to Scotland (massive haggas cravings, fucking lovely stuff) fitness wise, but I'm really not very fit at the moment.

Hey Guys
We will now leave for the ridge walk at 7:30 in the morning from the stables instead of 8:00. Weather is looking good for the ridge walk.
Its going to be tough Keith but your doing a bit in Gym so you should be fine and fair play. Theres running groups as well if you want to jump in. Theres one tonight and Thursday Garion is your man for that.

Hey everyone,
Just letting you know we're getting on great over here. Did Ben Nevis today, stayed dry but was mighty windy so we were forced to just go up and down the donkey path.
Everyone got on well with training and the bunk house is full of craic with the Irish, Americans and German!
The weather in general was quite good, for the start anyway, we had a nice bit of snow and sun. But turned for the worse on Thursday. Ice Factor was a success, did loads of climbing.
Speaking for us all, we'd like to massively thank Paul for organizing the trip. We miss you here, it's just not the same without daytime exotic dancing.
Also it's a pity you couldn't have stayed on Rob, but thanks for all the work you did for us while you were here.
Nevis said "Hey Fergal, pity you couldn't climb me yourself. But I'll see you next year"!
Talk to you when we get back, The OPC Contingency in Scotland.

What do you want photos for Gahan? I can put up specific one's you want, but I've too many to put them all up.

I think I've reached my limit for the amount of photos I'm allowed put up already from Alps and stuff. It'd take two minutes to stick them on a dvd. You could fit them all on and just make copies for whoever wants them, I don't mean going to all the trouble of making a DVD like last year, just a data dvd. You could mail it up to Gahan.
