Hi Guys
Any body got spare boots in good condition and suitable for hill walking that they no longer and want and will donate to the club? They would be greatly appreciated.
I got a pair of boots today from an Erasmus student only used a couple of times and in very good condition and I have a pair myself so that’s 2 pairs.
They might come in handy next semester if some one is stuck for a pair of boots.
Of course I know that people should have there own boots but not to worry this won’t become a permanent fixture of supplying people with boots.
Regards
Paul

I am hoping to build a rack for some club caving wellies in the boathouse during the summer. (help appreciated) ;D boots could be stored with the wellies to allow them dry out. they would not stink up the Wall and could be stuffed with papers to dry out... ant thougths..
I agree with you paul there is no question of supplying everyone with boots. but it could be a good back up...

Fair point. ;D. but like the rest of the storage we are using its going to be in the small square of ground we currently are being facilitated within and completely free standing and 100% portable i.e not permanent and easily maneauvered if its in the way .. Its space maximisation rather than anything else Mise le meas Cillian
