Waterford Orienteers are holding the second round of the Munster Autumn League in Davmore, Comeragh Mountains, Co. Waterford on Sunday 8th November from 11am-1pm. The event will be signposted from Mahon Bridge (R676). Grid Reference S 317 080. The Munster League is a series of 6 events held in forests in Munster during Autumn. If anyone is interested in attending, let me know as I should be heading across to it myself.

Latest info on the Waterford event this Sunday The next round of the Munster league takes place on Sunday 8th November at Davmore in the Comeragh Mountains, Co. Waterford. Follow signs from Mahon Bridge S342103. Start times between 11 amnd 1. Due to the recent wet weather, it is not deemed safe to cross the Mahon river. For this reason combined with the high heather and slow runnability, the courses are shorter in some cases than usual. Brown Course 7.3 km, 300 metres climb Blue Course 6.1 km, 250 metres climb Green Course 5.2 km, 175 metres climb Light Green 4.5 km, 150 metres climb Red/Orange Course 3.6 km, 120 metres climb Yellow Course 3.0 km, 75 metres climb (not suitable for buggies) Andrew Cox Development Officer with the IOA PRO with Waterford Orienteers www.waterfordorienteers.blogspot.com
