Hey guys so since there isnt an Alps trip this summer the club gear will be available for alot more time. To ensure that its taken out farely and what not there's going to be a few conditions.
1. If you intend to take out gear for a day you must give atleast two days notice on this forum. 2. Gear may only be taken out for a maximum of 7 days maximum and cannot leave the country (Northern Ireland is fine) 3. A full list of what is to be taken is posted here with the original notice 4. The person recieving the gear must be seen as being competent in its use 5. People recieving gear must sign a waiver stating that should an accident happen while using said gear the club will not be held responsible 6. People using club gear must be signed up members of the Outdoor Pursuits Club
If you wish to take out gear for more than 7 days at a time or if you intend to take it over seas then email your request to gear@ulopc.com
When making your requests for gear could you please make them in the following format:
People intending to use gear(ANYONE WHO WILL USE IT): Where you intend to use it: How long your taking it for: When you intend to return it: What you intend to take:
The keys will be remaining in Limerick all summer. One set will be left with Fergal in his office. The other set will be left in the capable hands of Cillian.
Apart from that, HAPPY CLIMBING this summer ;D Be safe and dont do anything stupid.

I cant seem to send mails to that address. Heres my mail...
I'd like to put in a request to hang on2 what gear I have for the duration of the summer. It could be made know to every1 that I have it and people intending to visit the burren would be welcome to it (saving them 2 trips to limerick - collection/return) and saving me countless trips to and from Limerick that i cant make.

Hey Rob, not sure who has keys right now. I left the set I had with Dempsey.
If you give him or Paul or Cillian a shout they should be able to sort you out at the wall tonight.
