Just wondering a thing or two...

Are the orange cards going to be done again this year like previous years...If so go to Paul Butler soon because it usuallly happens at the last second

Just wondering about the idea of actually printing on the cards the website address and/or where the climbing wall is and how to get there and/or when the intro meeting is on

i know it would be way too much on the card itself but just an idea

Also big shoes are still non existent down at the climbing wall...when will this change...i know 2/3 pairs were bought last year but they went to shit or went missing and now incoming 1st years with big feet wont be able to climb properly

that begs the question, do we really want to encourage large footed people to join?



the problem with ordering big shoes is that people tend to 'borrow' them and they soon go missing. i think there should be a rental fee for shoes, (minimal fee) commencing week 2 or 3. it is common practise at other walls and would encourage people to buy their own shoes. the money collected to be reserved for buying/repairing old shoes.
