Mkay guys, this is the plan I have come up with: Week 10[/u] Monday Morning:Meet: PESS Time: 7:45am Route: Killmurry (Cillian has a route in mind) Wednesday Afternoon:Meet: PESS Time: 12:30pm Route: River Run towards Pitches Thursday Evening:Meet: PESS Time: 8:00pm Route: Brisk Pace up Keeper Hill (Bring Boots + Headtorch if you have one!) Alright guys, just few things to note: - I'm giving Morning, Afternoon and Evenings runs a go this week, just to see who shows up and which people prefer for those who may come along on a few of them.
- If the times are bad please let me know, will try and change them
- Evening run left till later in the week so as to give people an opportunity to get *something* Hi-Vis to wear as it will be dark and we all gots to be safe Just anything so you can be seen.
- Plan to try and put in route distances when I know them myself As in what they are exactly lol.
So ya, I hope to see as many people as possible on the runs. Anyone interested in Scotland these will be great for fitness and those who are interested in the Expedition they are a *MUST*, I will be keeping track of who comes on the group runs. PS: If you have a stopwatch bring it, will be handy for timing Till Monday morning peeps

Alright lads just to say, this mornings run went really well. We ran from the PESS along the river and turned up towards the Industrial Estate (Uni-Golf), got back onto the main road, went down to the main gate and back to the PESS via the front of the White House. Each of us forgot a watch this morning, but we estimate 25-30 minutes, including a stretch in the middle. So ya, thanks to Jerome and Cillian for coming along

Hey guys, I just want to let you all know that the run this morning was gr8 craic. Even though there was only a few of us it went really well. Now i will be honest......at the start ginge was talking about the warm bed he had to leave, and me and killian were thinking the same thing, but we soon forgot it. by the end of the run we were all awake, ready to do it again (not today though) and were all set for work and college. So come on guys, start living the dream and i look forward to seeing more of you out in the future ;D ;D cobra (aka jerome)

As is described up there Ok guys, just letting you know there has been a change to Thursday. Instead of a regular job/run on Thursday we will be going up Keeper Hill (a hill you may have guessed) just for something a little bit different. This will be at 8pm, meeting at the PESS. *IF YOU HAVE A HEADTORCH PLEASE BRING IT!*Till Wednesday guys

Hey thanks guys, I appreciate that Alright todays run went really well. We didn't take the planned route as Gahan believed it would be extremely mucky So instead we went the opposite way down the river to well.....He who shall not be named knows where. But it was a very good run none the less. We took a slow and steady pace which allowed to cover a greater distance, which I think came in at 7.5km. Gahan even got a chance to jump in the river fully clothed........yeh odd Alright guys, tomorrow night we will be going up Keeper Hill, meeting at the PESS at 8pm. Maps will be provided, once again please bring a headtorch if you have one.

Well gang,
Glad 2 see ye doing a bit of running and stuff! Keeper is savage and if the stars are out quite romantic. Its about 689m roughly 17km round trip. Bring boots cause I dont really think you will be running it. Dont expect to be back until around 12 and march straight into the lodge!
Enjoy and I might even see ye enroute. Darr
